Today 29 DECEMBER 07 MArks the 2nd official falcon gathering

From 1430hrs onwards all "falconian" started flying in towards the common gathering area which is the BBQ pit at CCK.

As all work were being spread out each falconian was given a job like the fire starting and marinating of food.

All falconian had a wonderful time catching up, doing activities and also not to mention the exciting part of telling GHOST stories till some of the birds did not dare to return home themselves.

It was a waste that not all of the falconian manage to fly to our gathering as they have their own commitment at the other skies.

As all falconian do believe that the gathering will be a even better one if the whole FAlCON family were to be present there.
But never mind there is always a next time for FALCONs to meet as we will be looking forward to the 3rd official FAlcon gathering.

SO Till then WE meet LETS REST WELL AND TAKE CARE FALCONs ! ! ! !
may we return to our skies and continue to SOAR AND DOMINATE !

ok seeing is believing pictures below are evidence of the individual birds having a wonderful time.

Sometimes I wonder what lies ahead
How long till my hunger is fed
They say it's hard to make it in this part of town
So many people on this merry-go-round

Some folks try astrology
Some turn to crystal balls
To find an answer,
To get through it all
I just fall on my knees and I try to pray
In the silence I can hear Him say

The river runs and the river hides
Out to the ocean and under the sky
I promise you, the answer will come
Hold on to patience and watch for the sign
Everything in its time

I often feel like I'm two steps behind
Somebody must have moved that finish line
There are a thousand reasons
Why I should give up
But I'm stubborn in the things I believe

The river runs and the river hides
Out to the ocean and under the sky
I promise you, the answer will come
Hold on to patience and watch for the sign

'cause maybe there's another plan
One I still can't see
A little surprise, like your love in my life
Funny how time changes how we see

The river runs and the river hides
Out to the ocean and under the sky
I promise you, the answer will come
Hold on to patience and watch for the sign
Everything in its time
Everything in its time

TODAY 23 dec marks the official completion of our 1st year service to our Corp as Cadet inspectors.

From now on members of Squad Falcon will start to fly like a seasoned bird that are in the skies,
They are no longer a new bird or green horn that require as much guidance as before.
From there they will
continue to guide those new birds that had just hatched from the egg.

The date 23 also marks the 1 year bond that we have formed for D06 and also the Squad FALCON

ok a quote from me:

"The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed."
[Carl Jung (1875 - 1961)]

so this is my version ! a continued version of the top quote "the meeting of a group of ppl is like the contact of different chemicals
if there is any reaction, all are transformed
and thus, a non reversible change it will have
an impact on everyone and once u r a fren to someone, thus will remain forever till the day he pass on"

With a satisfying closure...

Its the last day of CIBTC. No more lectures, no more lessons, no more dining at mess, no more debriefs and squad sharing, and of course, no more scoldings from CIIs.

However, somehow we yearn for all these to happen again, even though they might be saddening to us.

Today is the day when we march pass Unity Square with pride and honour in our No. 1 Ceremonial Uniform. Not forgetting the heavy rifle that brings us memories of training for this very day. The happiness that all of us feel is something words cannot describe.

It was a pity that only our male CIIs, Jon and Ahmad, could turn up for our POP without our female CII, Calista, sharing our joy with us. But no matter what, a big THANK YOU to them for guiding us throughout the course.

It's not the end yet, for it's the new challenging beginning to all that have passed out from D06...

All the posts that have been put up are for the hope of not forgetting what happened during CIBTC... Hope that all of you enjoy reading it, and also to remember the moments we spent together...
Till then, may we meet again, fellow D06 and Falcon...

Day 14...
Last day of ATC...

Today is the last day of ATC. Although it was just a short half day event, we had fun activities played among groups. We built flagstaff and raised our group flags, seeing the many different group flags flying high up in the field was certainly a nice view.

Nevertheless, we still had scoldings from our instructors over our negligence. We were scolded just before we left for home at the jetty, over a workpiece that all of us did together, a colourful workpiece with the word 'D06' in it.

Time really passes by fast. Today is the last day of ATC and in 2 days time, it will be our POP. When we will don on our No. 1 uniform and march pass Unity Square with honour and pride.

Day 13...
Day 3 of ATC...

Our shoes and socks are still soaking wet, and many of us are still having 'water-logged' feets. In addition to the chilling breeze that blows at night that is freezing. There are still some hiccups that happened today, although we still managed to handle them rather well.

Many of us were 'high' during campfire and our instructors sang a song for their performance. The song was 'Everything in its time' by Corrine May. Guess that this song will be remembered by many.

Day 12...
Day 2 of ATC...

Situation of the ATC is rather tense. Problems are popping up from our proposals for all departments. With the constant pressure from our instructors, all we can do is just to find any possible solutions to cater to the problems.

Not to forget, that 'water-logged' feets are starting to happen to more and more of us. Shoes and socks are soaking wet. As well as the chilling wind that blows in the night, are freezing us and making us tremble in our sleep.

Day 11..
Day 1 of ATC...

Today is the 1st day of ATC, where we plan the show, and we run the show.

Working with some new groupmates sure exposed us to newer challenges. Such as accepting them for who they are, as well as accepting their contributions for ideas.

(Theory Assessment)
4 pages in total, a paper that is not easy to pass...

The story continues...

After 9 days of RC, the 181 CITs managed to learn both hard skills and soft skills from their CIIs.

They shared joys and sorrows during these 9 days, and will be remembered by all.

The moments they spent during meals, during free time and during lectures/lessons...
In bunks, in drill shed, in auditorium, in mess and in classrooms...
Only to be remembered by heart...

During these 9 days, many incidents, many accidents happened.

From conflicts to agreements. From mentally and physically strong, to mentally and physically weak, and back to mentally and physically strong once again. Cries with reasons, and cries without reasons. Laughter with reasons, and laughter without reasons. As well as anger with reasons, and anger without reasons.

All these will not happen again, for they are what that had happened before. All that we can ask for is to recall them but not to be able to go through them again.

Remember them for they cannot be happening again for you to witness again...

But these is not the end yet... It's just halfway till the finishing line for them...
