Dear Falcons,

Hi everyone! This is Nasrul speaking, again. Sorry for this late email.

Initially, I wanted to contact you guys personally but just can't find time due to school activities. Well, currently there are progress done to the planning of the chalet. The meeting that we had at Bukit Panjang MacDonald Restaurant was a short one but we had confirmed a few things needed.

The dates of the chalet are as follows:

Date :28th, 29th and 30th December 2007
Location: Pasir Ris/Downtown East.
Budget: $40-50 (The more money the merrier!)

For poly students, please inform me when your school starts so that i can try to change the dates of the gathering. For me, my school start on 1st january 2007. And for those of you who have received this email, please reply stating whether or not you can come, and on which of the days like the format below. This is also for me to know who did not receive this mail so i can contact them via handphone.

How many days: 3 Days/2 Days/Barbeque( I almost put campfire. Lol!)

We will be buying a cake to celebrate Falcon's Anniversary during the chalet. Those who are coming on any of the days are to bring a gift because we are either making a lucky draw or a gift exchange session during barbeque. 1 gift per person will be enough.

So, please reply me this message by Wednesday, 21 November 2007 because i am going for my ATC on Thursday, 22 November. I would want the chalet booking to be done by 25 November. I would really really appreciate you guys to reply this mail ASAP.

Pre-gathering meeting...
Dear Falcons,

Wassup! Nasrul Here. If I am not wrong, Sharon suggested renting a chalet to make a class gathering. Therefore, I am here to make it happen.

Before this is going to happen, I have planned a meeting to be held. The following are the details.

Venue: MacDonalds Restaurant ( Bukit Panjang Plaza)
Day: SundayDate: 11 November 2007
Time: 1430 hours

During the meeting, we are to discuss and confirm a few things.
They are:
1. Number of people attending the gathering
2. Which chalet to rent.
3. The amount of food needed during the gathering.
4. Personal budget for the chalet.
5. Any activities during chalet.

I hope that all of the falcon members are able to come for the meeting and the gathering. If you are not able to come for the meeting and the gathering, please inform me as soon as possible. I am looking forward to see you guys on the meeting day.
