Dear Falcons,

It's been a long time since we last met. In order to obtain 'maximum attendance' for the gathering, this mail has been sent to you way in advance to inform you of our gathering. A few of us had brainstormed and decided to organise a 'mini chalet'.

It will MOST LIKELY be held after the 16th in dec as the poly students have a break during that time.

As the cabin is rather small, we can book a few cabins to fit us in, depending on the number of people that are staying over.
