Urgent
Hi everyone,

The organizing committee had just dicussed about the actual day and preview. We have come to a conclusion that we will only focus on transport and not doing logistic. There will be another group of CIs attached to logistics.

Transport consist of road marshalls, busing and debussing, umbrella team for the VIP, ushers and crowd control. Since we will not be doing logistic, we are all required to be in Full-U. So please have your PICARD in which I would like to emphasize on boots shine and uniform properly ironed.

Your bags will be kept in a classroom but however, if you think it's unsafe, you can by all means keep in the locker.And one most important thing is, this saturday for preview, the reporting time will be 1130am instead of 730am. It will be a whole day event. And for those people who hasn't email or sms me your t-shirt size, please do so or I will just withdraw XL for you all. Those names who I have not receive the t-shirt size are:

If you know those names above, please help me ask for their t shirt sizes as they might not have internet access at home. Please cooperate with me as it's only 3 days to the preview. I will need to withdraw all the t shirts by this Thursday!

Hi all,

First and for most, let me introduce myself, I'm HO Salmiyati from Area 17 of Yuhua Secondary School. I am the Head of Transportation for this year NPDP. Thanks for being interested to help out in this year NPDP preview and actual day.

Basically our roles and responsibilites are road marshalls and to transport the cadets safely into their respective buses in an efficient way and to move the crowd smoothly. Sounds simple correct? Not as simple as what you thought.Bearing in mind that on the actual day, the spectators (8 cadets sent from EACH unit + accompanying officers) and participants (1000 over cadets) will be coming in their area buses. So we must control the flow of the buses by preventing taffic jam in the carpark and also control the overwhelming cadets.Further details will be explained on the preview day itself when we meet.

Next, since our job is at the start and end of the parade only, we will be helping the logistic too. Roles of logistic is to distribute drinks, food and also other things. Basically thats all. Further instructions will be given on the day itself.

Next, very importantly, each and everyone of you will be given a shirt (grey color). So please email me your name and SHIRT SIZE asap. I need to collect the shirt for all of you as all of you must wear it on the preview and actual day since you are not required to wear full-U. Please take note preview is this coming saturday(07.04.07)!!!
