Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence (PPCDL)

NPCC is pleased to be organising the Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence (PPCDL)Course for Cadet Inspectors, Honorary Officers, Teacher Officersand Assistant Commandants. For 2007, the vendor awarded to conduct the PPCDL courses is Maritime Education and Training Services (METS) Pte Ltd.

Course details are as follow:

Duration of course:2 full days
Timing of courses: Day 1 8.30am to 9.00 pm
Day 2: 8.30 am to 9.00 pm
Venues: Marina Country Club,600 Punggol 17th Avenue,Singapore 829734
Dates of Courses:
Course 1: 14 and 15 April 2007
COurse 2: 23 to 24 June 2007
COurse 3: 1 to 2 Sept 2007
Course 4: 15 to 16 Dec 2007

Pre- requiste: Medically Fit. No Colour blindness

Particpants of the coure are t note that lunch or dinner will not beprovided to them. Participants must also be aware that they have to serve the Corps to help out as boat handlers in at least 3 H organized Adventure Training Camps.

Partipants are to fill in the attached application form and fax back the form to 63146768, to the undersigned by 30 March 2007. Placements for the course will be given to deserving nominees.
