NPCC is pleased to be organising the 1-Star and 2-Star Kayaking Courses for Cadet Inspectors, Honorary Officers, Teacher Officers and Assistant,Commandants. For 2007, the vendor awarded to conduct Kayaking courses is Paddlers Gateway.
Course details are as follow:

Name of Course: 1 Star and 2 Star Kayaking
Duration of course: 5 full days
Timing of courses: Day 1 8.30am to 4.00 pm
Day 2: 8.30 am to 4.00 pm
Venues: Singapore Dragon Boat Association 659 Stadium Road Singapore 359000
Dates of Courses:
Course 1: 9 to13 April 2007
COurse 2: 4 to 8 June 2007
COurse 3: 3 to 7 Sept 2007
Course 4: 12 to 16 Dec 2007
Pre- requiste: Medically Fit. Able to swim 50m with a bouancy aid. Particpants of the coure are to note that lunch or dinner will not be provided to them. Participants must also be aware that they have to serve the Corps to help out(See attached file: Application of 1 Star and 2 Star Kayaking.doc) in at least 2 HQ-organized Adventure Training Camps.
Partipants are to fill in the attached application form and fax back the form to 63146768, to the undersigned by 30 March 2007. Placements for the> course will be given to deserving nominees.
